Order Processing

Our team prepares and ships your package within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the package leaves our facility.

Destinations & Times

We deliver across the United States, including the 48 contiguous states, plus Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination.

Our Carriers

Your packages travel with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, delivered to your door or a pickup point depending on the option selected.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free across the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, a shipping fee is calculated automatically in the cart. Expedited shipping is available for an extra $4.90.

Returns & Refunds

You have a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Send the unused item back in its original packaging after letting us know at contact@apex-unit-us.com. Your refund is issued within a few business days after the return is received.

Defective or Damaged Items

A defective item or one damaged in transit is fully covered by Apex Unit. Contact our customer service at contact@apex-unit-us.com or 02 89 31 80 17: we'll send you a prepaid return label and quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
